Chinese cabbage with noodles

Ingredients:-
        1.500  gm fresh mashroom
        2.500 gm cabbage
        3.250 gm spring onions
        4.Two table spoon sherry or wine
        5.200 gm boiled noodles
        6.Four table spoon oil
        7.Two table spoon salt
        8.One table spoon ajinomotto
        9.One table spoon white pepper
       10.One table spoon salt
Method:-
  Pour oil in a pan. Heat it.Fry cabbage mushroom , Cabbage,and spring onions till  tender.

Now add all the ingredients. Cook it for five minutes.

Serve it hot.

 Ingredients:-
           1.Two cups boiled rice sela
           2.One cups beans sprouted
           3.Two table spoon soya sauce
           4.Two table spoon tomato sauce
           5.Two table spoon oil
           6.Two spring onions
           7.Two eggs beaten
           8.One table spoon ajino motto
           9.One table spoon white pepper
         10.One table spoon salt
Method:-
      Heat oil in a pan and put beaten eggs . Cook till firm. Add beans, onions , soya sauce,and cook for two minutes.

Now add rice and all the ingredients .Cook it for five minutes.

Ingredients:-
    1.200 gm boiled chow chow noodles
    2.200 gm cabbage cut in small pieces
    3.200gm boiled peas
    4. 100gm boiled carrot pieces
    5.100 gm capsicum pieces
    6.100 gm boiled cauliflower
    7.100 gm boiled french beans
    8.Two table spoon soya sauce
    9.two table spoon chilly sauce
   10.Two table spoon vinegar
   11.Two table spoon tomato sauce
   12.Two table spoon oil
   13.One table spoon ajino motto
   14.One table spoon white pepper
   
Method:-
Heat oil in a pan and put all the ingredients in it . Cook it in high flame for 8 minutes.Serve it hot.

How to make chow mein


Ingredients:-

How we make malai khumb in microwave

Ingredients:-
         1.200Ggm big seized mushroon
         2.Half cup thick dahi(Hang in a muslin cloth for half an hour)
         3.Two table spoon thick cream
         4.Two table spoon grated cheese
         5.One big table spoon oil
         6.One and half table spoon cornflour
         7.One table spoon ginger paste
         8.Three fourth table spoon salt
         9. One fourth table spoon garam masala
       10.Two table spoon chopped  coriander
Method:-
Lightly squeeze hung dahi and transfer it to bowl.Add all other ingredientsof the marinadeand mix it well.Wash the mushroomand pat dry it on a kitchen towel.Marinate mushrooms in this till serving time.

At serving time,grease the non stick tawa. place the mushroom on it.Place the tawa on high rack.and grill mushrooms for 8 minutes.

If the mushrooms are not golden brown, grill for  one two minutes more.Sprinkled chaat masala on it .Serve it .


  

How we make tandoori arbi in microwave

 Ingredients:-
1.Half kg colocasia (arbi) marinade
2One cup curd
3.Half table spoon garam masala 
4.Half table spoon chaat masala 
5.One table spoon ginger paste
6.Two table spoon chopped coriander 
7.Half table spoon carom seeds
8.One table spoon oil,
9.6-8crushed pepper corns   
10.Two table spoon gram flour
11.One fourth table spoon turmeric powder 
12.One table spoon oil
13.One and half table spoon salt

Method:- 
        Wash arbi .Spread wet arbi in a dish.and covered it with cling film.Microwave it for 6 minutes or till soft.Peel it and cut each pieces length wise in to two or three slices.

Lightly squeeze dahi in the cloth. Add all ingredients of the  marinade to the dahi. Mix arbi in the   marinade.

At the time of serving grease the nonstick tawa. Place the arbi pieces on it.Place the tawa on high rack and grill for 8 minutes or till golden.Turn side and grill for 4 minutes. 

Serve it with pudhina chatni.








 

How we make punjabi allo ki tikki in microwave

Ingredients:-
 1. Half  kg potata
 2.Half cup boiled or frozen pea
 3.1 table spoon oil, 1 table spoon salt
 4.One table spoon cumin powder
 5.Two table spoon finely chopped ginger
 6.Two tablespoon chopped green chillies
  7.2 table spoon chopped coriander leaves
  8.Half table spoon red chili powder
  9.One table spoon chaat masala
 10.One fourth table spoon garam masala


Method:-
       Wash and put wet potatoes in a  micro safe steamer.  microwave cover for 5 minutes cool.

Peel and mash potatoes.Add oil ,Peas,salt, cumin,green chillies, ginger, coriander,red chilli powder,chaat masala and garam masala.Make tikki of 3'' diameter from it.

Brush the non stick tawa of the  microwave with some oil.Arrange tikki  on it. brush the tikki with oil.Place the tawa on high rack.grill for 10 minutes.Turn side and grill for 4 minutes.

Serve it hot with chatni and sauce.

Ingredients:-
     1.One cup chopped cabbage
     2.Two chopped capsicum
     3.Two cup chopped cauliflower
     4.Three spring onions
     5.Two green chillies chopped
     6.One cup chopped paneer

     8.Two tomato (sliced)
     9.Half cup tomato ketchup
   10.One cup fresh cream
   11.One cup milk
   12.One table spoon salt
   13.One table spoon red chilly powder
   14.Three table spoon oil
Method:-
            Pour oil in a pan and heat it.Fry onion in it till light brown.Add all the ingredients except tomato slice.Cook it for 10 minutes on high flame.

While serving put tomato slice over it.

  

How we make vegetable pizza in microwave


Ingredients:-
    1.Two ready made pizza base
    2.One and half cup grated pizza cheese
    3.Half onion, half green capsicum(chopped in
         square pieces)
    4. few olive
    5.One tomato cut it into 8 pieces
    6.Two table spoon corn kernels



Tomato spread :-
         1.One table spoon oil
         2.One table spoon garlic paste
         3.Half cup ready made tomato puri
         4.Two table spoon tomato ketchup
         5.One table spoon oregano
         6.Half table spoon salt
         7.Half table spoon black pepper
Method:-
                          For tomato spread , put all the ingredients of the tomato spread in a bowland microwave for two and half minutes.Spread it on each pizza base, leaving the edges.

Arrange some vegetables.Sprinkle some salt,pepper cheese and oregano.Arrange a few vegetable on top.Place pizza on the low rack.

Put pizza in the ovan preheated at 250degree centigrade.and baked for 8 minutes.Alternately ,you can use the grill mode also.First brush bottom of pizza base with oil and grill with bottom side up on the greased tawa placed on a high rack for three minutes till crisp.Put tomato spread and then topping.grill again for  four minutes.

      3.One chopped green chilly
      4. Two lemon juice
      5.One table spoon chopped ginger
      6.Ten chopped cashew nuts
      7.Six table spoon corn flour
      8.One table spoon salt
      9.Two table spoon red chilly powder
     10.One table spoon garam masala
     11.Few coriander leaves
     12. Oil for frying
For gravy:-
     1.Four table spoon oil
     2.One table spoon cumin seeds
     3.One bay leaf
     4.Two cardamons
     5.Two cloves
     6.Five cups water
     7.One table spoon chopped ginger
     8.Two cups tomato paste
     9.One table spoon salt
   10.One table spoon red chilly powder
   11.Three table spoon coriander powder
  12.Half cup cream
  13.Few coriander leaves


Method :-

Mash potatoes  and mix corn flour, green chillies,lime juice, salt ,red chilly and coriander leaves in it.

Mix ginger cashew nuts, paneer,garam masala,and coriander leaves.

Grease your palm and take two table spoon potatoes mixture fill two table spoon paneer mixture in it and give them kofta shape.Fry till light brown and keep it till light brown.

For gravy:-
Heat oil in a pan.and put all the condiments in it.Add tomato paste with all the spices.Cook till oil floats on the top. Now add water and let it boil for 15 minutes.

While serving put kofta in it.Decorate it with cream and coriander leaves.

Ingredients:-
        1.Small pumpkin
        2.Two cups grated paneer
        3.Two green chopped chillies
        4.Two chopped onions
        5.Two lemon juice
        6.Four table spoon salt
        7.One table spoon red chilli powder
        8.One table spoon chopped ginger
        9.Half cup coriander leaves
       10.One table spoon garam masala
       11.Half cup grated cheese
     
Method :-
     Boil pumpkin in a pan for 5 minutes.

Now cut it into two equal pieces.Scoop them with a spoon.Mix all the ingredients except cheese and coriander leaves. Fill this mixture in scooped  pumpkins and put cheese and coriander leaves over it.Bake it for 20 minutes.

Serve it hot with bread.

How we make kashmiri kari

Ingredients:-
         1.Half cup garam flour
         2.Two cup tamarind water
         3.Two chopped onion
         4.Two chopped green chillies
         5.Two table spoon chopped ginger
         6.One cup boiled mater
         7.Two boiled potatoes
         8.One table spoon salt
         9.Six Seven curry leaves
        10.Two cloves
        11.One table spoon cumin seeds
        12.One tablespoon red chilli powder
        13.One table spoon musterd seeds
        14.Six cups water
        15.Two table spoon oil
        16 . Few coriander leaves
Method:-
     Pour oil in a pan.Heat it.Put all the condiments in it. Roast gram flour till it is light brown.

Now add all the ingredients except coriander leaves. Cook it on high flame on 15 minutes.

While serving put coriander leaves on it . Serve it with boiled rice.

How we make baked gobhi

 Ingredients:-
          1.500 gm cauliflower small pieces
          2.Two cup boiled mater
          3.Two chopped onions
          4.Half cup tomato ketchup
          5.One table spoon salt
          6.Half cup grated cheese
          7.Four table spoon oil
          8.One fourth cup coriander leaves
          9.Two chopped green chillies

 
Method:-
 
 Pour oil in pan. Heat it.Fry cauliflower pieces till they are light brown.

Now add all the ingredients except cheese and coriander leaves.Cook it for 5 minutes for slow fire.Put this mixture in a dish and cover it with a cheese.Bake it for 15 minutes.

While serving put coriander leaves on it. Serve baked gobhi with kulcha.

      4.One fourth cup mint leaves
      5.Two table spoon oil

      7.One cup cream
      8.Two cloves
      9.Two cardamons
    10.One table spoon salt
    11.One table spoon red chilly powder
    12.Few coriander leaves
Method:-
    Pour oil in a pan.Heat it .Put all the condiments in it.Add all the ingredients in it except coriander leaves.Cook it on high flame for 10 minutes.

At the time of serving put coriander leaves on it.Serve it with nan.

     9.One table spoon salt

   11.Three table spoon coriander powder 
   12.Half cup cream
   13.Few coriander leaves
Method:-

Ingredients:-
    1.One kg jami kand
    2.Four chopped onions
    3.Six chopped tomatoes
    4.One cup curd
    5.Two table spoon coriander powder
    6.Two table spoon red chilly powder

    8.Three table spoon oil
    9.One table spoon salt
  10.One cup water
  11.Few coriander leaves
  12. Oil for frying
Method:-
Cut jami kand in to small pieces.Put salt in it.Keep it aside for 15 minutes.Fry it till golden brown.

Take a pan and put oil in it.add onion and ginger in it. fry it light brown.

Add tomato paste with all the spices.Cook till oil floats on the top.

Add jami kand in it.Put water in it . Cook it for 10 minutes.

Serve it hot with tandoori roti.






How we make sour rajma without oil


Ingredients:-
      1.Two cup boiled rajma 
      2.Two  table spoon garam masala
      3. Four table spoon coriander powder
      4.One table spoon mango powder
      5.Half cup turmerid water
      6.One table spoon salt
      7.One chopped green chillies
      8.Few coriander leaves 
Method:-

Mix all the ingredients in a pan . 

Cook it for 15 min on high flame. 

Sour rajma is ready.

Serve it with hot rice

      6.Half cup khas khas paste

      9.Two cardamons

     11.Two small pieces of cinnamon
     12.20 almonds
     13.Two chopped green chillies

Method:-

Put all the ingredients in a pan.Cook it for fifteen minutes on light flame.Stir it continuously.Vegetable corma is ready.

Serve it hot with palak puri.

   16.Few coriander leaves 
Method:-

Add Channa green chilly and water. Cook  it for 10 minutes on high flame.

While serving put coriander leaves on it.

 Ingredients:-

    2.200 gm paneer small pieces
    3.Two cups fresh cream
    4.Two chopped onion
    5.Two cup tomato paste
    6.Three table spoon oil
    7.One cup milk
    8.One bay leaf
    9.One table spoon salt
   10.Two table spoon red chilly powder
   11.One and half table spoon garam masala
   12.Half cup butter

Method:-

Heat oil in a pan. Add all the condiments in it.Fry onions in till light brown.

Now add  tomato paste  with all the spices.

Cook it till oil floats on the top.

Add all the ingredients except butter and cook it for 15 minutes on high flame.Palak paneer is ready to eat.

While serving put butter over it.Serve it with tandoori roti.

How we make Kashmiri dam allo



Ingredients:-
      1.One kg potato
      2.500 gm grated paneer
      3.Two chopped  green chillies
      4.Three table spoon lime juice
      5.One table spoon salt
      6.Two table spoon red chilly powder
      7.Chopped cashew nuts
      8.Oil for frying
For gravy:-
    1.Five table spoon oil
    2.Two bay leaves
    3.Two cardamons
    4. Two cloves
    5.Six cup water
    6.Half cup coriander leaves
    7.One table spoon cumin seeds
    8.Three cups tomato paste
    9. Three cups curd
  10.Half table spoon turmeric
  11.One table spoon salt
  12.Two table spoon red chilly powder

Method:-
       Peel the potatoes.Prick the potatoes with the help of fork.Fry it while they are tender.Cut the top portion of potatoes and scoop  them. 

Now prepare stuffing.Mix paneer, cashew nuts, lime juice,, green chillies,salt and red chilli powder in it.Fill the scooped potatoes with it. seal the top with tooth pick.

For gravy:- 
 Pour oil in a pan.Heat it.Put all the condiment in it. Fry tomato paste and curd with all the spices till oil floats on the top. Now add water and let it boil for 15 minutes on high flame.

While serving put sealed potatoes in it. Put coriander leaves on it. Kashimiri dam allo is ready .Serve it with kashmiri paratha.

Ingredients:-
         1.Two cup mix vegetables(Carrots, capsicum,cabbage, cauliflower,peas, capsicum)
         2.One cup grated paneer
         3.one cup grated fresh coconut
         4.Three onion paste
         5.Two table spoon ginger paste
         6.Half cup cashewnut paste
         7.Two chopped green chillies
         8.Four cup water
         9.One table spoon cumin seeds
        10.One bay leaf
        11.Two cloves
        12.Two cardamons
        13.One cup fresh cream
        14.One table spoon garam masala
        15.Half cups coriander leaves
        16.Four table spoon oil
        17.Two table spoon salt
        18.Two table spoon red chilly powder
Method:-
         Pour oil in a pan and heat it.Fry all the vegetables till they are brown and remove them.Now put all the condiments and add onion and ginger paste.Fry it till light brown.Now add  all the ingredients except garam masala and coriander leaves.Cook it for 10 minutes.vegetable curry is ready.

At the time of serving spread  garam masala and coriander leaves on vegetable curry. We can serve it with muglai paratha.
