How we make plain dosa

 
Ingredients:-
      1.Three cups rice
      2.One cup dhuli urad dal
      3.One table spoon salt
Method:-
     Soak rice and dal separately for five hours.Now grind it separately and mix it properly.Put salt in the mixture and cover it.Keep this mixture aside for ten hours.

Put heavy tava on high flame.Sprinkle little water over it.Spread dosa mixture on it.After a minute put one table spoon oil on the sides. Now give dosa shape and take it down.Now plain dosa is prepared. Serve it with sambhar or chutney.

How we make royal cutlate








Ingredients:-
        1.Four boiled and mashed potatoes
          2.Four bread slices
          3.Half cup chopped dry nuts
          4.Four table spoon lime juice
          5.Half cup mava
          6.Two chopped green chillies
          7.Two table spoon grated ginger
          8.Salt and red chilly powder according to taste
          9.Oil for fry
Method:-
           Mix all the ingredients except mava and dry nuts.Take small lumps from the mixture.Press it with the help of palm.Fill it with mava and dry nuts. Give it shape to cutlate.Fry it in a pan till it is light brown.Royal cutlates are prepared.Serve it with sauce or green chutney.
       

How we make mixed vegetable cutlates


Ingredients:-
        1.Four potatoes boiled and grated
        2.Six bread slices
        3.Two cups mixed grated vegetables
        4.Half cups coriander leaves
        5.Two table spoon grated ginger
        6.One table spoon garam masala
        7.Two green chopped chillies
        8.Oil for frying
        9.Salt and chilly powder according to taste
      10.one fourth table spoon corn flour
Method:-
      Mix all the ingredients properly.Now take small lumps from the mixture and give it shape to cutlates.Fry it in to pan.Mixed vegetable cutlates  are prepared. Serve it hot with chutney or sauce.

How we make channa masala

 Ingredients:-
     1.Two cups boiled kabuli channa
     2.Four table spoon dry coriander powder
     3.Four table spoon anardana powder
     4.Four table spoon anwla powder
     5.Two table spoon roasted cumin seeds
     6.Two table spoon garam masala
     7.Two cloves
     8.half cup coriander leaves
     9.Two chopped onions
    10.Salt and red chilly powder according to taste
  
Method:-
       Mix all the ingredients except onion and coriander leaves. Cook it for 15 minutes on high flame. Channa masala is prepared.at the time of serving spread coriander leaves and chopped onions over it.
    

How we make paneer bhatura


 Ingredients:-
     1.One kg maida
     2.One cup curd
     3.One table spoon soda

Method:-

          1.One kg maida
          2.One cup curd

How to make:-

 Ingredients:-
          1. Four bread slices
          2. One fourth cup corn flour
          3.One cup grated cheese
          4.One fourth table spoon baking powder
          5.One fourth cup milk
          6.One chopped green chilly
          7.Salt and red chili powder according to taste
          8.Ghee for frying
How to prepare
Mix all the ingredients except bread .Put this mixture on each slice and fry it till it is light brown. Cheesy toast is prepared. Serve it hot with chutney or sauce.

How we make pannier sandwich









Ingredients:-
 1.One bread slice
 2.One small chopped onion
 3.Two table spoon tomato sauce
 4.One fourth cup chopped pannier
 5.One table spoon chili sauce 
 6.One chopped green chilies 
 7.Salt according to taste 

How we prepare

Mix all the ingredients except bread. Put this mixture over the bread. Bake it for 10minutes.Pannier sandwich is prepared. Serve it with sauce or green chutney.

How we make halka phulka sandwich



Ingredients:-
           1.Four bread slices
           2.Half cup suji
           3.Two chopped tomatoes
           4.One fourth cup corianders leaves
           5.Salt and red chilli powder according to taste
           6.Ghee for frying
 
How to prepare:-
            Mix all the ingredients except bread.Put this mixture on each slice and fry them in pan till light brown.Cook it from both the sides. Halka phulka sandwich is prepared .Serve it hot with sauce and chutni both.


How we make pin wheel sandwich

Ingredients:-
         1.One bread loaf
         2.One cup green chutney
         3.One cup tomato sauce
         4.One cup tomato sauce
         5.One cup grated cheese
         6.One cup grated mava
         7. One cup grated paneer
         8. Salt and pepper according to taste
Method:-
        Cut bread loaf vertically in to five layers. Now cover the first layer with  green chutney. The second layer with tomato sauce,The third layer with cheese,the fourth later with mawa and the fifth layer with paneer.Sprinkle salt and pepper over each layer.

How we make rainbow sandwich






Ingredients:-
             1.Four bread slices
             2.Half cup malai
             3.One fourth cup tomato sauce
             4.One fourth cup green chutney
             5.Half cup thin basen batter
             6.Ghee for frying
How to prepare :-
            Take three bread slices.Put malai on one slice tomato sauce on other and so on green chutney on the third one. Now keep  all  the three slices one over the other .Cover it with the fourth slice.Deep it in the basen batter and fry it. Rainbow sandwich is prepared.While serving cut it in to triangular shape.Serve it with chutney.

How we make club sandwich

 Ingredients:-
     1.Four buttered bread slices
     2.Half cup grated cheese
     3.Half cup grated cabbage
     4.Half cup grated carrot
     5.Two cup potato waffers
     6.Salt and pepper according to taste
How we make:-
                Cover all the slices by putting cheese on one slice,cabbage on the other and so on carrot and potato wafers on other slices. Sprinkle salt and pepper an each slice.Now keep all the slices one over the others. Press it gently.Club sandwich is prepared . While serving cut in to triangular shape.Serve it with sauce or chutney.

How we make open sandwich






Ingredients:-
          1.One bread slice buttered
          2.One fourth cup Channa dal boiled
          3.One chopped tomato
          4.One fourth cup grated cheese
          5.Salt and pepper according to taste
       
Method:-
                 Mix channa dal and tomato with salt and pepper .Put this mixture over the bread slice.

            Decorate it with cheese.Bake it for 10 minutes.Open sandwich is prepared.Serve it with sauce.

How we make grill sandwich

 Ingredients:-
       1.Two bread slices buttered
       2.Two tomato slices
       3.Two kheera slices
       4.Two capsicum slices
        5.Two cheese slices
        6.Two onion slices
        7.Salt and pepper according to taste
   
Method:-
          Take a bread slice.Put two cheese slice over it.Sprinkle little salt and pepper on it.

Now make four layers by keeping Tomato,kheera ,capsicum and onion slices.Sprinkle salt and pepper after each layer.Cover it with the remaining two cheese slices.

Put bread slice over it and press it gently.Bake it for 15 minutes.
 

How we make ras malai

Ingredients:-
         
            1.10 rasgulla
            2.One kg milk
            3.Half cup sugar
            4.Ten cardamons
            5.20chopped pista pieces
            6.One table spoon saffron
          
Method:-
        Mix all the ingredients except rasgulla.Now boil it till it remains almost half.Add rasgulla in it.Cook it for two minutes.Let it cool.Keep it in a fridge for one hour.Ras malai is prepared .Serve it cold.

How we make rasgulla

Ingredients:-
       1.Two kg cow milk
       2.Two kg sugar
       3.One kg water
       4.Six ritha pieces
       5.Two cups milk
       6.Four cups paneer water
       7.One fourth table spoon rang cut
Method:- 
      Boil milk and add paneer water so that the milk is properly curdle.

 Now strain it with muslin cloth.Pour enough cold water over it.It should be very cold.Squeeze it properly and mash the chhaina.

Take small lumps from the mixture and and shape it in to small round balls.

Make syrup by mixing water and sugar.and boiling it till sugar is  dissolved properly.

Now add milk. take out thee dirt.Take out half of the syrup and keep aside.

Boil Retha pieces in a cup of water and mix it in the syrup.Cook it in a high flame.after one boil add chaina ball in it.Cook it for 25 minutes.Take out the balls and put them in to syrup.which was kept aside.

Add rasgulla in it.After  one hour keep it in a fridger.


   

     

How we make pine apple sandesh


Ingredients:-
          1.Four pine apple slices
          2.Two cups grated paneer
          3.Half cup ground sugar
          4.One table spoon saffron
          5.15 pieces cardamon
          6.15 pieces chopped pista
          7.4 cherry pieces
Method:-
        Mix all the ingredients properly except pine apple pieces.Keep Pine apple slices in a glass plate cover them with this mixture.Decorate it with cherry putting cherry in the center of pine apple slices . Keep it in the freezer for one minute.Pine apple sandesh is prepared

How we prepare mawa ladoo at home

 Ingredients:-
      1.Two cup mawa
      2.Half cup ground sugar
      3.Half cup  chopped dry nuts
      4.Half table spoon kewra water

Method:-
      Mix all the ingredients.Take small lumps of the mixture and give shape it in to small round balls.mawa ladoo is prepared.

How we prepare nariyal ka ladoo at home

 Ingredients:-
      1.One cup condensed milk
      2.Two cups coconut powder
      3.Two drops kevda water
Method:-
           Mix all the ingredients except half cup of coconut powder.Mix it properly. make smalllumps of the mixture and shape in to small balls.Roll it with coconut powder.Na riyal  ladu is prepared.

How we make chocolate burfi


Ingredients:-
            1.One kg mava
            2.250 gm sugar
            3.Half table spoon coffee
            4.Two table spoon cocopowder
            5.Twenty chopped pista pieces
 Method:-
         Mix mava and sugar in heavy pan.Cook it on slow fire for 20 minutes.

Now add all the ingredients except pista pieces.Beat it for 20 minutes.

Grease a pan and pour this mixture in it.Decorate it with pista pieces.Now cut it in to square pieces.
 

How we make kaju katli


Ingredients:-
    1.Half kg  cashew nuts
    2.Half  kg sugar
Method:-
    Soak cashew nuts over night.Grind them in a mixture.Mix ground cashew nuts  mixture and sugar.

Cook it on slow fire till the mixture is suitable for making balls.Grease the board.put this mixture on the board.

Roll it with a roller as thin as you want. Let it cool.Now cut it in to triangle pieces.Kaju katli is ready to eat.

How we prepare alwar ka mawa misri



Ingredients:-
          1.Two kg milk
          2.Two cups sugar
          3.20cardamons
          4.30 chopped pista pieces
 
Method:-
            Boil milk on slow flame till its quantity is half kg.Now add rest of the ingredients in it.Cook it till ghee appears on the sides of pan.Now put it in aluminum tin.Alwar ka mawa is ready.

How we make jalebi

Ingredients:-
        1.250 gm maida
        2.25 gm basen
        3.50gm oil
        4.3cup sugar
        5.1.5cup water
        6.Ghee for frying
      
Method:-
    Mix all the ingredients except water and sugar.Keep it aside for one hour.Make syrup from water and sugar boiling it for 5 minutes.Now fry jalabies and put it in syrup for 15minutes.Jalebi is prepare .Serve it hot with milk.
    

How we make gulab jamun from milk powder


 ingredients:-
              1.Five table spoon milk powder
                    2.One table spoon suji
                    3.One table spoon maida
                   4. one table spoon curd
                   5.A pinch of soda
                   6.One cup sugar
                   7.Half cup water 
                   8. Ghee for frying
 Method:-
        Mix all the ingredients except water and sugar.  Make balls from it and fry them on slow fire till they are light brown. Mix water and sugar. Boil it for 5 minutes. Now put fry balls in this syrup for one hour.

How we make gulab jamun from mawa

 Ingredients:-
         1.Half kg mava
         2.150 gm paneer  
         3.140 gm maida
         4.500 gm sugar
         5.Two cups water
         6.Ghee for frying
Method:-
         Mix mava paneer and maida.Make balls and fry them on slow flame till they are light brown. Mix water and sugar .Boil it for 5 minutes.Now put fried bolls in this syrup.for one hour.

How we make banana split ice cream

 Ingredients:-
        1.Half cup each of vanilla, strawberry,and pine apple icecream
        2.One banana
        3.Half cup cream
 
Method:-
     Put banana and cut it vertically.in to two pieces.. keep it in a fancy plate.Put all the ice ream over it by scooper.Decorate it with ice cream.Banana ice cream is prepared.Serve it cold.

How we make orange bar at home






Ingredients:-
            1.One cup water
            2.One cup orange squash
           3.Half table spoon orange colour

Method:-
    Mix all the ingredients and fill this mixture in bar moults.Keep them in freezer for five hours.

How we make jelly










Ingredients:-
       1.Three table spoon gelitin
       2.Three table spoon sugar
       3.Two cups water
       4.Half table spoon citric acid
       5.One table spoon red colour
       6.Half table spoon straw berry assence

Method:-
     Put water in a pan . Boil it for two minutes.Now device it in to two equal parts.Put citric acid and gelitin in one part and sugar in second part.Now mix both the parts .Put color and assencein it.Keep it in the freezer for 15 minutes.

How we prepare mawa kulfi








 Ingredients:-
      1.1kg milk
      2. 250gm mava
      3.Four table spoon custard powder
      4.Half cup sugar
      5.10 cardamons
      6.One table spoon saffron.
      7.Half cup  chopped dry nuts
Method:-

      Mix custard powder in half cup of milk.Keep it aside.

Mix all the ingredients in it except mava and cook it on high flame.for 15 minutes.Stir it continuously.Cool it.

Now give one round in mixi.Put this mixture in kulfi mode and keep it in freezer for three hours.

How we make pine apple ice cream


 Ingredients:-
       1.Two cups milk
       2.Nine table spoon ground sugar
       3.Two table spoon corn flour
       4.Two cups cream
       5.Two pine apple slices
       6.One table spoon hot water
       7.Three fourth table spoon gelitein
       8.Four drops pine apple essence
       9.Four drops yellow colour
Method:-


Mix gelatin and hot water. Stir continuously it till it mixes properly. Keep it aside  for 15 minutes .Mix corn flour in half cup of milk. Boil one and half cup of milk. After one boil add mixture of corn flour and milk in it.

Cook it on slow flame. Till it is of coating consistency. Let it cool. When it cools down mix all the ingredients except cream. Keep it in the freezer for one hour. 

Now put the mixture in mixi with cream. Give three or four round in mixi. Put this mixture in air tight container. Keep it in the freezer for three four hours. Pine apple ice cream is ready.Serve it after food.

Ingredients:-
      1.Three cups boiled palak paste
      2.One cup cream
      3.One cup white sauce
      4.One cup tomato sauce
      5.Half cup grated cheese
      6.One table spoon salt

         Mix all the ingredients together except cheese.Put it is in a baking dish.Put cheese over it.Bake it for 15 minutes.Palak cream vegetable is prepared.

      5.100 gm cheese
      6.Four tomatoes
      7.One table spoon chilly sauce

     10.Few coriander leaves
     11.Half cups boiled peas

   Except cheese and butter mix all the ingredients together.Cook it for eight minutes on high flame.Now put it in a baking tin.Over it put cheese and butter.Bake it for 15 minutes.Italian macaroni is prepared.Serve it hot.

How we make continental cutlate


 Ingredients:-
      1.Half kg boiled potatoes.
      2.Four chopped onions
      3.Two green chillies choppe
     4.One cup maida batter
     5.Two table spoon coriander leaves
     6.One lemon juice
     7.Two table spoon salt
     8.Two table spoon white pepper
     9.Bread crumbs
    10. oil for frying
 
Method:-
      Mix all the ingredients togetherexcept maida batter and bread crumbs.

Mix it well.Give them cutlate shape.

 Deep it in maida batter and roll it with the bread crumbs.

Fry them till light brown.Continental cut lates are prepared. Serve it hot.

Ingredients:-
      1.Half cup cream
      2.Half cup tomato sauce
      3.One cup grated paneer
      4.One cup grated cabbage
      5.Half cup boiled peas
      6.Half cup boiled potatoes
      7.Two chopped capsicum
      8.One cup boiled white grms
      9.One fourth cup chilly sauce
    10.One table spoon white pepper
    11.One table spoon salt
    12.One cup grated cheese
Method:-
     Mix all the ingredients together except cheese.Put int in baking tin.Put cheese over it.Bake it for 20 minutes. Royal vegetable is prepared.Serve it hot.

How we make cheese cutlate

 Ingredients:-
        1.Four boiled potatoes

        4.Four chopped green chillies
        5.One cup cabbage leaves
        6.Four bread slices
        7.Two table spoon salt
        8.One table spoon white pepper
        9.One cup maida batter
       10.Some bread crumbs
       11. Oil for frying
Method:-
      Mix all the ingredients together Except maida batter and crumbs.

Mix it well and give them cut late shape.Dip it in the maida batter and roll it with bread crumbs.

 Fry them till light brown.Cheese cut late is prepared.Serve it hot.

How we prepare khubani pudding














Ingredients:-
1.       One cup cake crumbs
2.       Half kg milk
3.       Ten ground cardamom
4.        Half cup bagar
5.       Half cup dry nuts
6.       One cup cream
Method:-
 Mix all the ingredients except cream. Cook it on high flame for 15 minutes. Let it cool and when cold enough put it in a transparent bowl. Pour cream over it. 

Decorate it with cherry.Keep it in the freezer for one hour. Khubani pudding is prepared. Serve it cold.
