How we make pista delight


 Ingredients:-
      1.Half cup small chopped pista
      2.Half cup dry fruits
      3.One big spoon  cardamon powder
      4.Half cup white grated gurd
      5. One big spoon  ghee
   
Method:-
Heat the ghee in pan.Add grated gur and some water in it.Stir it regularly.When it becomes thick consequence than add all dry fruits in it.Keep the pista aside.

Grease the plate and set the gur mix with dry fruit.To make equal Press it with greased bowl.Spread pista over it and press it again.Cut it in to square pieces with the help of knife.Desert pista delight is prepared.

Instant ras malai




Ingredients:-
     1.Three cup milk
        2.Half tin condensed milk
        3.Two big spoon milk powder 
        4.One and half cup khoya
        5.8-10 bread slice
        6.Two big spoon small chopped almonds or pista
        7.One table spoon cardamon powder 
        8.One table spoon saffron powder
 Method for rasmalai
              Mix milk.condensed milk,milk powder,One cup khoya,saffron and cardamon together andfput it on gas.Stir it regularly and cook it .When all ingredients mix together than switch off thr gas .Mix almonads and pista in remaining half cup khoya.Cut the bread in round shape with the help of steel bowl.Deep this round pieces of bread in milk and press it with palm.Take some khoya mixture on one piece cover  it with second piece.Press it and add in prepared rabdi.Keep it in a fridge and decorate it with pista and almonads.
    

How we make china pudding















Ingredients:-
   1.Three cup milk
    2.Two big spoon grated china grass   
    3.Two three big spoon sugar
    4.Two three big spoon chocolate sauce
    5. Some drops of vanilla essence
    6.Cherry for decoration
Method:-
    Put a pan on a gas.Pour milk in it.Boil the milk two three times.When it boils addgrated china in it.Stir it regularly and cook it properly.When china grass mix properly than add sugar in it.When mixture becomes thick than switch off the gas.Let it cool and add vanilla essence in it.Pour this mixture in pudding mold.Keep it in fridge for one hour.Let them set.Take out the pudding from the mold.China pudding is prepared.Decorate it with chocolate sauce or cherry.Serve it cold.

How we make orange cake





 Ingredients:-
      1.One cup maida
        2.Two spoon condensed milk
        3.Half  spoon baking powder 
        4.One fourth table spoon salt
        5.Two table spoon orange jam
        6.Orange crush for decoration.
        7.Milk and butter according to need 
 Method:-
        Mix baking powder,condensed milk,salt and orange jam in maida.Mix milk in maida an make thick paste from it.Keep it aside for one hour.Beat this paste properly from beater.Prepare small -small pan cake from this paste on non stick tava.Garnish with butter on both the side and roast it till light brown.Orange cake is prepared.Serve it with fresh cream or orange crush.
  
       

How we make fruiti rasgulla dipped in rubdi


Ingredients:-
     1.One kg full cream milk
     2.Six rasgulla
     3.One cup small pieces of mixed fruits
     4.Dry fruits for decoration
     5.One and half cup sugar
Method:-
        Pour milk in a pan and heat it.When milk has been boiled than slow the gas.When milk becomes thick than add sugar in it.Leave it on a gas for 10-15 minutes.Switch off the gas and let it cool.

Now press the ras gulla and  cut it  in two half pieces and scoope them.fiill it with small pieces of fruits.Set the rasgulla in cold rubdi.Decorate it with dry fruits. Fruiti rasgulla is prepared.Serve it cold.

Recipe bread pudding


 Ingredients:-
         1.Five cup of milk
         2.Three fourth cup sugar
         3.Half cup meethi boondi
         4.Three bread slice
         5.One table spoon cardamon powder
         6.Small chopped pista and almonads for decoration
        
Method:-
       Take a pan. Pour milk in it.Let it boil.when it boils add crushed bread in it.Cook it with regular stirring.
       When bread mix in milkthan add sugar and cardamon powder in it.

Cook it for three four minutes.When mixture becomes thick than add meethi boondi in it.Switch off the gas.Bread pudding is prepared.Decorate it with pista and almonads.Serve it cold.

How we make custerd burfi


Ingredients:-
     1.One cup of milk
       2.Two big spoon custard powder 
       3. Three big spoon sugar
       4.one big spoon coco powder
       5.One cup grated biscuis
       6.One cup khoya 
     
Method:-
     Put the milk on slow flame .Let it boil.Prepare a thick paste from custard powder and cold milk. Mix this paste in boil milk.
add sugar in it cook it till thick.When it becomes cool than add grated biscuits and milk powder in it.Divide this mixture in three equal parts. Mix cocopowder in one part.

Now spread custard layer first than coco layer than again custard layer.Set Let them set in freeze.cut it and decorate it.    
     

How we make stuffed purval


Ingredients:-
     1. 10-12 soft and big size purval
       2.Two big spoon sugar 
       3.Some drops of green color
       4.Some drops of rose essence
 For stuffing:-
     1.Two bowl grated paneer 
       2.One bowl grated khoya
       3.Half bowl grated cashewnuts
       4.Some drops of rose essence
Method for stuffed purval:-
      Take a bowl pour water sugar and green color in it put it on gas and let it boil.When it boils peel the purval and pour in boil water.Cook it on slow heat.Let the purval little bit hard and switch off the gas.Let it cool.

Now mix the khoya,water and grated sugar and cook it on slow heat.Add grated cashew nut in it and switch off the gas.

Now fill it in scooped purval.Stuffed purval is prepared.Decorate it with silver varq.    
    

         
    

Sandwich [chaina sandwich]



Ingredients:-
    1.Two liter cow's milk chaina
      2.A pinch of baking powder 
      3.Two cup sugar
For filling:-
    1.150 gm khoya
      2.Two spoon fresh cream 
      3.Two spoon icing sugar
      4.Essence according to need
    5.Chopped pista 
Method for chaina sandwich:-
     Mix six cup of water in two cup sugar and put over the gas for consquence.Now mix baking powder in chaina and mix it properly.Prepare small balls from this mixture and pour it in boiled syrup.

Cook it in this boil syrup for 15 -20 minute.Meanwhile add some water in it.When chaina becomes  fluffy and comes over water than put out it.Let them cold and cut the balls in two pieces.

Now beat the mava ,icing sugar,and cream properly mix essence in it.Wrap the each ball with this mixture.Add pista on one half ball put second piece of ball on it push both the pieces. Serve it cold.

 
 
    
   
  
         

Desert with chocolate [chocolate sahi tukre]


 Ingredients:-
    1. 8-10 bread slice
    2.250 gm khoya
    3.100 gm grated sugar
    4.50 gm mix grated dry fruit
    5.Two big spoon coco powder
    6. One cup milk
    7.100 gm paneer
    8.Ghee for frying
    9.Some drops of chocolate essence
   10.One grated chocolate baR
Method:-
      Take bread pieces and cut it into round shape or as you wish.Fry them till it is light brown.

Now mix coco powder, mava,grated sugar and milk together.Cook it till it is soften.now add grated dry fruits in it.When it becomes cool add essence in it. Sprinke some milk on each bread piece.put some mava mixture over it .

Prepare all the bread pieces in this method.Decorate it with grated paneer or chocolate.Desert chocolate is prepared.Serve it.
 

How we make chocolate paneer ladu


 Ingredients:-
      1.One cup mashed paneer
      2.One cup coconut powder
      3.One cup crushed sugar
      4.Two dairy milk chocolate
 
Method:-
    Mix coconut powder, crushed sugar,and paneer together and mash it properly.

Take one chocolate and crush it in this mixture.Take another chocolate and cut it in to small pieces.Grease your hands and make small -small laddu from this mixture.

Keep one piece of chocolate in between them.Sprinkle some crush chocolate over it. Decorate it with piece of chocolate.

Recipe of chocolate mouse


Ingredients:-
  1 .One cup milk powder 
   2.One cup sugar 
   3.Two big spoon coco powder 
   4.Some tooth pick 
    5.Silver balls for decoration
Method:-
     Mix milk powder or coco powder.Mix water in sugar and prepare thick consquency.When thick consquency is prepared than switch off the gas and add mixture of powder in it.Prepare small or thick balls from this mixture.Decorate it with silver balls and attach tooth pick in it.Chocolate mouse is prepared .serve it.    

How we make peanut butter chocolate

Ingredients:-
      1.Two big spoon coconut powder
      2.Two big spoondriking chocolate powder
      3.One cup grated sugar
      4.One cup milk powder
       5.One cup without salt butter
    
Method:-

Mix all three powder and sieve it well.Mix sugar in water and prepare thick consquency.Mix butter in it.When butter melts down than  mixture of powder pour on it .

Mix it properly.Switch of thre gas and put this mixture in molds.Keep it in fridge.When it will set than take out from the fridge.Pea nut butter chocolate is prepared.

How we make chocolate donut

Ingredients:-
        For donut:-
    1.One and half cu pmaida 
      2.Half cup condensed milk
      3.Half cup oil
      4.One spoon baking powder 
      5.One fourth cup drinking soda 
      6.Half cup grated sugar 
      7.Two big spoon cherry
      8.Two big spoon milk
    
Ingredients:-
        For chocolate sauce:-
          1.One fourth cup sugar
               2.Half cup water 
               3.Two spoon cocoa powder
Method:-
       Sieve maida and baking powder together.Beat the condensed milk and butter with beater.Mix grated sugar in it and mix it again.Add small small maida in it and stir it regularly.If it thicken than add milk in it.At last mix drinking soda in it.Add cherry in it and mix it properly.Add this mixture in donuts mold and preheat it in preheated oven for 25-30 minute.When it cools down take out donut from the mold

How we make chocolate sauce:-
            Boil water in a pan and add sugar or coco powder in it.Cook it till it becomes thick.Let it cool.Chocolate sauce is prepared.Spread this sauce on prepared donut.Decorate it with icing sugar or silver balls.Chocolate donut is prepare.

               2.One potato
               3.Small piece of cabbage
               4.200gm white pumpkin
        Method:-
                  Cut all the vegetables in small pieces.Pour 5-6 cups of water in pressure cookerand boil it.Let them cool when it cools down sieve it with siever and threw the pulp.White vegetable stock is prepared.     
         
How we make brown stock
      Ingredients:-
       1.Three carrots
          2.8-10 french beans
          3.Three tomato
          4.One potato
          5.Small piece of cauliflower 
  Method:-
       Cut all the vegetables in small pieces.Pour 5-6 cups of water in pressure cookerand boil it.Let them cool when it cools down sieve it with siever and threw the pulp.Brown vegetable stock is prepared.       
          

How we make onion soup


Ingredients:-
    1.Four green onion 
      2.One small spoon olive oil
      3.Two small spoon butter 
      4.One cup vegetable stock
      5.Two cup of water 
      6.One fourth small spoon black pepper powder 
      7.Salt according to taste 
Method:-
         Take  small chopped white part of onion.Heat oil in a panand roast onion in it.When it becomes transparent switch off the gas.Now add vegetable stock and water in it.Let them boiled. When it becomes cool blind it with the help of blinder.Add salt and black pepper  in it according to taste.
Take small chopped green part of onion and sprinkle on it.Water should be according to need.Garnish it with butter.Serve it hot. 

Vegetable soup


 Ingredients:-
      1.One big spoon small chopped carrot
      2.One big spoon small chopped french beans
      3.One small spoon small chopped capsicum
      4.One small spoon small mashed sweet corn
      5.One small spoon white mirch
      6. Two small spoon corn flour
      7.Salt according to taste
      8.One fourth spoon sugar
      9.Apinch of ajino motto
     10.Two cup water  or vegetable stock
     11.One fourth cup boiled sweet corn
  Method for prepare vegetable soup with sweet corn
            Pour water in a pan boil it with french beans and carrot.Add sweet corn in it and boil it for two minutes.

Now mix corn flour with half cup water and add it in the mixture stir it regularly. Cook it for 5-7 minutes.Add capsicum and mashed corn flour in it.

Cook it for one minute after that add salt white pepper,sugar and ajino motto in it and than cook it for 3-4 minutes.Vegetable soup is prepared.Decorate it with corn flour and serve it hot.

The cabbage soup diet


 Ingredients:-
     1.Two cup chopped cabbage
       2.One cup chopped onion
       3.One chopped tomato 
       4.One fourth cup Green chopped capsicum
       5.One fourth table spoon black pepper powder 
       6.One table spoon lemon juice 
       7.Salt according to taste 
       8.Two cup water 
   
How we make cabbage soup:-
          Heat the pan and roast onion in it without oil.Add cabbage and salt.Pour two cup water in it.Cover it and cook it for two three minutes.

Add tomato,capsicum,salt and black pepper in it. Cover it and cook it for 5-7minutes.Add lemon juice in it.Cabbag soup diet is prepared.Serve it hot.

Tomato soup recipe with pasta


Ingredients:-
     1.One table spoon Olive oil 
       2.One small chopped onion.
       3.4-5garlic buds
       4.Half cup boiled pasta 
       5.Two cup brown vegetable stock
       6.One table spoon red chilli sauce
       7.One cup tomato pulp
       8.Half table spoon sugar 
       9.Salt according to taste 
      10.One table spoon butter 
      11.One fourth table spoon orgino herbs
    
Method:-   
         Pour olive oil in a pan and heat it .Add chopped onion in it. Now add vegetable stock in it boiled it.Pour pulp and red chilli sauce.

Now add salt and sugarand boiled pasta  in it .Stir it well.Garnish it with butter and orgino herbs.Serve it hot

How we make honey moon special ice cream


Ingredients :-
     1.Cake cut into smalla pieces 
        2.Three table spoon fruit juice orange or pine apple 
        3.Half cup orange ice cream 
        4.Half cup vanilla ice cream
        5.Half cup chocolate ice cream 
        6.One fourth cup dry nuts 
        7.One fourth cup cherry fruits 
        8.One fourth cup cream
        9.Two wafers
 Method :-
                 Keep cake pieces in a fancy plate.Pour juices over it.Now put all the ice creams one over the other .Sprinkle cherry fruits and dry nuts.Pour cream over the waffers. Keep it in the freezer for one hour.      

How we make kassata ice cream at home



Ingredients:-
            1.Three cups chocolate ice cream
            2.Three cups vanilla ice cream
            3. Three cups orange  ice cream
            4.One cup cashew nuts
            5.One round box
            6.Half inches cake layer
         
Method:-
        Put vanilla ice cream in a box.Now put orange ice cream over it.Than chocolate ice cream over it .Keep it in the freezer for one hour.Take it out in a plate.Put cake layer on the top.Fix cashew nuts on all sides.Cut it in to try angular pieces.Serve it cold.
            

How we make chaina murkhi at home


Ingredients:-
        1. 250 gm chopped paneer
        2.Two cups sugar
        3.One cup water
        4. one fourth cup milk
        5.Apinch of rang kat
 Method:-
       Mix water and sugar in a pan.Give two three boils it.Now add milk in it.Take out the dirt and cook it for two minutes.Add paneer pieces in it.Now cook till sugar get coated on the paneer pieces.Add rang kat and sir it till sugar get coated.
       

How we make imarti


Ingredients:-
            1.One cup urad dhuli dal
            2.Two cup sugar
            3.One cup water
            4.Ghee for frying
         
Method:-
          S oak dal over night.Grind it in a mixture.Beat it properly and give the shape of imarti in the oil. fry it till light brown.

How we make syrup:-
            Mix water and sugar and boil it for five minutes.Now put them fry imarti for one hour .
 

How we make loki ki burfi



Ingredients:-
      1.One kg milk
         2.One cup sugar 
         3.One cup grated loki 
Method :- 
 Mix all the ingredients together and cook it on high flame till it is like mava. 

Grease a small plate and pour this mixture on it.Let is cool.Now cut it in to square pieces. 
 

How we make sweet tukri

 Ingredients:-
      1.Four baked bread slices
      2.One kg milk
      3.Half cup sugar
      4.Two cup malai
      5.Ten cardamons
      6.Half cup dry nuts
      7.Half table spoon saffron
   
Method:-
      Mix all the ingredients in a pan except bread. Cook till the mixture remaine half.

Now add baked bread pieces in it.Keep it in the freezer for fifteen minutes. Sweet tukri is prepared.Serve it cold.
   
     

How we make french bread basket



Ingredients :-
          1.Ten bread slices
          2.100 gm boiled ansd mashed potato
          3.50 gm chopped tomato
          4.50 gm boiled macroni
          5.50 gm chopped carrot
          6.50 gm boiled peas
          7.50 gm capsicum cut in to round pieces
          8.One table spoon mustard seeds
          9.Salt and pepper according to taste
        10.Oil for frying
Method :-
          Mix potato , bread ,salt and pepper.Take small lumps from the mixture and shape it in to basket.Fry it and keep it aside.

Now heat oil in a pan.Put rest of the things in pan except capsicum.Cook it for five minutes. At the time of serving put this mixture in the basket and decorate it with capsicum round slices.French bread basket is prepared.

      1.Four boiled potatoes 
      2.Two cups maida 
      3.One table spoon garam masala
      4.Two chopped green chilli 
      5.Salt and red chilli powder according to taste
      6.Oil for frying 
Method:-
       Mash the potato and knead it properly with all the ingredients.Make plain dough from it.

 Now make small balls from dough and roll it with the help of roller.Allo puri is prepared.Serve it hot with aalo ki sabji or green chutney.

How we make bengali puri at home


Ingredients:-
     1.Three cups boiled mixed vegetables 
        2.Half cup chopped coriander leaves 
        3.Three chopped green chillies 
        4.Three cups maida 
        5.Salt and red chilli powder according to taste 
        6.Oil for frying
Method:-
      Mash the boiled vegetable and mix all the ingredients together except oil.Knead it properly and turn it in to dough.

Now make small balls from the dough and roll it with the help of roller.Deep fry it. Serve it hot with nariyal ki chutney.

     2.Two chopped green chillies
     3.Half cup chopped coriander leave
     4.Two cups maida 
     5.Salt and red chilli powder according to taste 
     6.Oil for frying

 Mix all the ingredients together and make a plain dough from it .Keep it aside for 15 minutes.

Make small balls from it and roll it  with the help of roller.Deep fry it.Tomato poori is prepared.Serve it with green chutney.
